Messaritis Renewables Ltd, a company based in Maroussi, Attica Region (hereinafter “the Company”) is the creator of the website www.messaritis.com (hereinafter "the website"), provides its services with the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The visitor/user of the website is requested to read carefully the following terms and to access / use the pages / services of the website only if he accepts them fully and unconditionally. The existing and any new services included in this website are subject to these terms and conditions, unless explicitly excluded from them.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without a specific notice to its users. By using the website, the user presumes explicit and unconditional acceptance of any amendments / changes. Therefore, it is recommended to read the terms of use at regular intervals in order to have on time information for changes in their content. No modification of terms will be taken into account, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in these terms.

Ε. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Miscellaneaous

These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the Greek laws, the EU laws and the respective international treaties. Should any provision be judged as contrary to applicable laws, it ceases automatically to have effect without affecting the validity of the rest of the terms. The respective Courts of Athens, Greece, will have exclusive jurisdiction on any disputes that might arise.
